Our contracted support includes a 4 hour response to server issues and an 8 hour response to desktop problems.
Below are the different options you could benefit from. The "unlimited" support options are like having an employed IT technician without the overheads. Fixed price IT support as and when you need it.
Reaction Based Support
Some companies are comfortable handling the day to day running of the computer system and have somebody within the staff who can troubleshoot basic issues, requiring help only when a problem exceeds their capabilities.With our reaction support you only pay for the hours that you use, with the time only starting when we arrive on site. There is no call out charge; it is a fairly simplistic way of managing those "now and again" computer troubles.
Pre-Pay Reaction
This method of support is a step up from the previous option with the difference of discounted hourly rates. If you wish to purchase ten or twenty hours of support in advance then we will heavily discount you for your loyalty.Unlike some other IT companies we don't request that you use all the hours in a certain time frame.
Basic Support Contract
Some companies will want a little more support for their system for many reasons. We will visit your site or support it remotely where applicable to rectify your computer system faults with an agreed annual or monthly fee.The support is unlimited labour for all hardware, Microsoft software & viruses issues. The only extra fees payable are for new equipment installations and accidental damage.
Unlimited Computer Support
This is our 2nd best support package that offers unlimited support hours on your computer system for an agreed annual or monthly fee. There are no more labour fees payable even for new equipment installations or accidental damage; all labour is covered*.With this method of support we will not only provide reaction support to problems, we will provide update patching and basic monitoring of the computer system to ensure the whole system stays up to date and functional.
