A. As we are based around the Altrincham area of Cheshire we currently support the North West region of England particularly Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Preston and all areas in between.
A. We typically offer a 4 hour response on critical server/whole system issues & 8 hour response on workstation issues.
A. Whilst we are always willing to assist with your specific software, we often have to liaise with the software vendor so it's important you still have support with them (i.e Sage, Proclaim, Laserforms).
A. Yes, we can support your home computer. The rate is the same as for a business premises.
A. We can quote and supply computer & network equipment at very competitive rates. We offer credit terms after a qualifying period.
A. We can supply Apple products and we can support the general operation these devices, however we are unable to support the hardware (upgrades/faults).
